Another interpretation: Just as the expounder comes and expounds, and the amora (the one who speaks out) speaks before him, so too "You shall speak everything that I command you, and Aaron your brother shall speak to Pharaoh" (Exodus 7:2). The Holy One, blessed be He, said: In this world I exacted retribution from Egypt through ten plagues, and in the world to come thus will I exact retribution from Gog, as it is said, "And I will enter into judgment with him with pestilence and with blood; and torrential rain and hailstones, fire and brimstone" etc. (Ezekiel 38:22).
