Our rabbis said: In Aravot [the highest heaven] are righteousness and justice and charity, and the storehouses of life, and the storehouses of blessings, and the souls of the righteous, and the spirits and souls yet to be created, and the dew with which the Holy One, blessed be He, will in the future revive the dead, and the storehouses of peace, as it is written, "And the LORD called it Peace" (Judges 6:24) (referenced at hint 339).
