The Blind Man and the Seeing Man Who Traded Their Eyes

Midrash Tanchuma Buber, Chukat 1:3

There was an incident concerning two men who were walking along the road, one sighted and one blind. They sat down to eat, stretched out their hands to the herbs of the field, and ate. The one who had been sighted became blind, and the one who had been blind became sighted. They did not stir from that place until the one came to be supported by the very one whom he had been supporting.
