Four Hundred Fifty Years and Seventeen Jubilees in the Land

Yalkut Shimoni on Nach 23:2

It was taught: Israel spent four hundred and fifty years in the land from the time they entered it until they went out of it, which are seventeen jubilees. And so it says, "in the twenty-fifth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was smitten" (Ezekiel 40:1). When is the new jubilee proclaimed? At the beginning of the jubilee. But if they are seventeen jubilees, how are fourteen years lacking? Say therefore: seven years they were conquering and seven years they were dividing.
