In All That I Have Said to You, Take Heed

Yalkut Shimoni on Torah 355:1

"And in all that I have said to you, take heed" (Exodus 23:13). Why is this said? Because it says, "And you shall set the table" and so forth (Exodus 26:35); if one changed [the arrangement], he transgresses a negative commandment. Therefore it says, "And in all that I have said" and so forth. Rabbi Meir says: To perform the words of the Torah is an obligation upon you. Rabbi Eliezer says: To perform a positive commandment and a negative commandment. Rabbi Eliezer ben Yaakov says: From this I know only what Scripture has specified; as for the remaining fine details of the section, from where do I learn them? Scripture teaches, "And in all that I have said to you" [take heed].
