R. Yishmael says: The verse is not needed (for this purpose). Is it not already written (Ibid. 28:42) "And make for them trousers of linen"? What, then, is the intent of "so that your nakedness not be revealed upon it"? That they not take broad strides, but walk heel-by-toe.
