It is ‘the crown of Torah’, and ‘the crown of Priesthood’, and ‘the crown of Kingship’,xiiiMishnah Avot 4:13 and it is the ‘crownlet’ at the top of all letters, like this:

And it is the ‘tip’ of all letters: ב Beiyt like this דּ Dalet with dagesh, the tip of each-and-every letter, [Var. Her] ‘dimension of structure’ is ו Vav, from above to below, and from below to above.
