Accordingly every act or function (פעולה, pe’ulah) contains a part of both of them. This includes the functions involved in the governing of the creations, and likewise the actual creations themselves, which, as we already know, emerge from the same root as the functions that govern them. Thus each creation exhibits one of the functions that constitute the governmental order.
