"And you shall observe the feast of weeks" (Exodus 34:22) — this is the feast of Atzeret [Shavuot]. "The firstfruits of the wheat harvest" — from here, that one does not bring firstfruits before Atzeret. "And the feast of ingathering at the turn of the year" (Exodus 34:22). And further on it says, "at the going out of the year" (Exodus 23:16). Which is the feast that has in it ingathering, and the turn [of the season], and the year going out in it? You must say this is Tishrei.
