Rabbi Avin the Levite said: See how the men of the Great Assembly praised the Holy One, blessed be He! [As it is written (Nehemiah 9:5): "And let them bless Your glorious Name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise."] Whatever praise we offer You, Your Name is exalted above all blessing and praise.
