Another interpretation of "and his redeemer who is near to him shall come" (Leviticus 25:25): this is the Holy One, blessed be He, as it is said, "Their Redeemer is strong, the LORD of hosts is His name" (Jeremiah 50:34). "Who is near to him" — this is the Holy One, blessed be He, as it is said, "And He has raised up a horn for His people, praise for all His pious ones, for the children of Israel, a people near to Him. Hallelujah" (Psalms 148:14).

Midrash Tanchuma Buber, Behar 9:2
