A Prophet Like Moses Jeremiah Matched to Moses in Rebuke

Pesikta DeRav Kahana 13:6

Rabbi Yudah son of Rabbi Simon opened: "A prophet I will raise up for them from among their brothers, like you" (Deuteronomy 18:18), and it is written, "And there arose no prophet again in Israel like Moses" (ibid. 34:10) - and yet you say "like you"? Rather, "like you" in rebukes. You find that everything written of this one is written of that one. This one prophesied forty years and that one prophesied forty years; this one prophesied concerning Judah and Israel and that one prophesied concerning Judah and Israel; against this one the men of his own tribe rose up and against that one the men of his own tribe rose up; this one was cast into the Nile and that one was cast into a pit; this one was saved by a maidservant and that one was saved by a servant; this one came with words of rebuke and that one came with words of rebuke. Therefore Scripture needs to say, "The words of Jeremiah" (Jeremiah 1:1).
