Good to the Righteous and Good to His Neighbor

Yalkut Shimoni on Nach 52:4

Happy is the righteous one and happy is his neighbor. Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun, who were positioned next to Aaron and Moses, as it is said, "And those who camped before the Tabernacle on the east" (Numbers 3:38), became great in Torah, as it is said, "Judah is my lawgiver" (Psalms 60:9), and "of the children of Issachar, men who had understanding of the times" (1 Chronicles 12:32), and "from Zebulun those who handle the scribe's pen" (Judges 5:14). But on the south side were the sons of Kehat, and next to them Reuben, Simeon, and Gad, who dwelt with Korah, a man of strife, and they perished with him in his quarrel. From here they said: Woe to the wicked one and woe to his neighbor; good to the righteous one and good to his neighbor.
