The Kings Who Marched with Sisera to Drink the Land's Waters

Yalkut Shimoni on Nach 52:6

"Kings came, they fought" (Judges 5:19). Thirty-one kings went with Sisera when he went to make war with Israel, and they were killed with him. Why? Because they craved to drink from the waters of Israel. They begged of Sisera and said, "We beg of you, let us come with you for free, for we crave to fill our bellies from the waters of the Land of Israel," as it is said, "At Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no plunder of silver" (Judges 5:19).
