"Any man who rebels against your command" (Joshua 1:18). One might think even regarding words of Torah; therefore Scripture says, "only be strong and resolute" (Joshua 1:18). It is written, "And Amasa went to summon Judah, but he delayed beyond the set time" (II Samuel 20:5). He went and found the rabbis who had opened a tractate.
