"וַיּוֹצִיאֵנִי לַמֶּרְחָב" שֶׁנָּתַן לִי אֶת הַתּוֹרָה, "רְחָבָה מִנִּי יָם". "יְחַלְּצֵנִי כִּי חָפֵץ בִּי", אָמַר רַבִּי יוֹחָנָן פַּזְמָא דִידֵיהּ סְלַּקְתָּ לְמֵיתַן לִי אוֹרַיְיתָא, אֵימָתַי, בַּחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁלִישִׁי. רַבִּי יִצְחָק פָּתַח (שה"ש ב ה) "סַמְּכוּנִי בָּאֲשִׁישׁוֹת", בִּשְׁתֵּי אֵשּׁוֹת אֵשּׁוֹ שֶׁל מוֹרִיָּה וְאֵשָּׁהּ שֶׁל סְנֶה. דָּבָר אַחֵר בְּאֵשּׁוֹ שֶׁל אַבְרָהָם וּבְאֵשּׁוֹ שֶׁל חֲנַנְיָה מִישָׁאֵל וַעֲזַרְיָה.
