Lighting the Fire in the Chamber of the Hearth at Dusk

Yalkut Shimoni on Torah 409:2

They kindle the fire in the Chamber of the Hearth as darkness falls. From where are these words derived? Rabbi Yehudah said: the verse says, "You shall kindle no fire in any of your dwellings" -- in all your dwellings you may not kindle, but you may kindle in the bonfire of the Chamber of the Hearth. Rav Chisda objected to this: if so, even on the Sabbath one should be permitted to kindle there. Rather, Rav Chisda said: the verse, when it comes, comes to permit the burning of the limbs and the fats that were not consumed by the altar from the eve of the Sabbath -- it is for this that it comes.
