Haman said to him: ‘At present, I do not know their number. When they left Egypt, they were six hundred thousand men, and for each of them I will give you one hundred zuz, which equals fifty shekels.’19Haman offered Aḥashverosh ten thousand silver talents. Each talent is the equivalent of sixty maneh, which is the equivalent of one hundred zuz.
