On This Day at Sinai - Torah Given Anew Each Day You Study

Midrash Tanchuma Buber, Yitro 13:2

(Exod. 19:1:) ON THIS DAY THEY CAME TO THE WILDERNESS OF SINAI. Was it on this day that they came? Rather, when you are studying, let [the words of Torah] not be in your eyes as old, but as though this very day they were given. "On that day" is not written here, but ON THIS DAY. The Holy One, blessed be He, said to them: On this day I have given them the Torah, and individuals have toiled in it; but in the world to come I will teach it to all Israel, and they will not forget it. As it is said (in Jer. 31:32 [33]): FOR THIS IS THE COVENANT WHICH I WILL CUT WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AFTER THOSE DAYS, SAYS THE LORD: [I WILL PUT MY TORAH IN THEIR INWARD PARTS, AND UPON THEIR HEART WILL I WRITE IT]. And not only that, but I will increase peace among them. Isaiah said (in Isa. 54:13): AND ALL YOUR CHILDREN SHALL BE TAUGHT OF THE LORD, AND GREAT SHALL BE THE PEACE OF YOUR CHILDREN.
