Another matter, “it was when Pharaoh let the people go” – the Holy One blessed be He said: ‘I wrote in the Torah: “You shall let the mother go, and take the young for yourself” (Deuteronomy 22:7), and you let the fathers go but you had cast the sons into the Nile.
