Cushan-Rishathaim, Beor, and Laban the Aramean as One Man

Yalkut Shimoni on Nach 41:3

"And the children of Israel served Cushan-Rishathaim" (Judges 3:8). It is taught: He is Beor, he is Cushan-Rishathaim, he is Laban the Aramean. "Beor" - because he came upon his beast [in the manner of beasts, a play on be'ir, "beast"]. "Cushan-Rishathaim" - because he did two wicked deeds [rish'atayim, "two wickednesses"]: one in the days of Jacob and one in the days of the Judges.
