"And you shall set the blessing upon Mount Gerizim." Just as is stated further on, "These shall stand to bless the people upon Mount Gerizim" (Deuteronomy 27:12). "And the curse upon Mount Ebal." As it is said, "And these shall stand for the curse on Mount Ebal" (Deuteronomy 27:13, there).
