Abraham's Deed with the Children of Heth and the Oath over Jebus

Midrash Aggadah, Genesis 23:18

"To Abraham as a possession." For he made for himself a deed, and the children of Heth signed the document that Abraham wrote, so that his children would not inherit Jebus, as it is said, "And the inhabitants of Jebus said to David, 'You shall not come here'" (1 Chronicles 11:5), because of the oath that Abraham made to them; and they sealed the oath with "Tzalmon Noach Shet." Eight times are the children of Heth written in this passage, and why? Because of the kindness they did with Abraham; and therefore "Heth" is called eight times. "Among all who came in at the gate of his city." This teaches that they all sat in mourning on behalf of the righteous woman.
