Another interpretation: "[He who is good]" — this is Boaz, who says to Ruth (Ruth 3:13), "Lie down for the night"; "but the sinner shall be taken by her" — this is Samson. Another interpretation: "He who is good before God shall escape from her" — this is Palti; "but the sinner shall be taken by her" — this is Absalom.
