Why Abraham Hastened and Sarah Kneaded the Unleavened Cakes

Midrash Aggadah, Genesis 18:6

"And Abraham hastened" (Genesis 18:6) — this teaches that the deeds of the righteous are [done] with haste. "Make ready quickly three seahs of meal, fine flour" — three seahs of meal and three seahs of fine flour. "Knead it" — so that the commandment would be performed by her own hand. "And make cakes" — that there should be no leaven there, so that there should be no prohibited thing there.
